+15 Attribute quest before ascension

I seem to have gotten one quest (and the points), before having finished the ascension missions...even though I thought you could only do them afterwards.
Is this in fact normal? Anyone else have this happen?

One is to be found in Destiny Gorge. First "The Forgotten" mission then "Forgotton Wisdome" where you get +15 att points.
You can reach Destiny Gorge before ascension so it should be possible to make those 2 quest before ascension.

The other +15 come later in Draknars forge at Vanyi NPC.

Its odd. I did the quest that Vanyi wanted me to do and she hasn't given me the seconda attribute quest. She did it with my elementalist, but not with my warrior.

That's because you have to complete at least 1 secondary change mission first.

In Seekers Passage/Heroes Audience/Destinys Gorge

Ok, I've have already done the Forgotten One's and the attribute quest from Vanyi, where do I go for the first one, who exactly do I talk to because I talked to everyone at Destiny's Gorge and done all of the secondary quests but I can't find this attribute quest.

Where is the NPC for the forgotten quest I cant seem to find him although have been looking for a while I have heard missed reports that he is out side the main city and others telling me he is inside?

any help most appriciated

Not on the above you need to look for the keeper of souls mission that is the monks path, also in Seekers passage you can get the Mesmer and the Warrior missions but I have not come accross the Necro and Ranger ones as yet

To receive the second quest from Vanyl, called Hero's Challenge, or something to that affect, you must have finished a secondary profession change quest. You don't necessarily have to have changed, but you must have finished one of the quests.

Where is a change quest?

Wow I just tried all 3 of them, and they are extremely hard. Why are they making us grind so much for 15 attribute points that I should of gotten through leveling?

LOL yeah, I tried the Monk's Path, killing the eater of souls or something like that..with henchmen.

I ran out to where he is and hey look he's all by himself.. not too high lvl.. this will be cake.. omfg.. what a mistake.. when I got close, he burrows and vanishes.. then a couple groups of Jade Scarabs pop. ok i can deal with that.. then a couple plus one more group of them... i kill them too.. thinking ok. he's gotta pop out soon.. then four or 5 groups.......
