choas axe colors

today i learned that choas axes glow changes colors when dyed (ok ino dont say anthing on that lol).

i was wondering what dyes make the axe what color? i was told that purple makes it glow gold/yellow (which i found to be true).

befor i waste money on all the dif dyes to find out what makes it glow what, can someone just post a list here? thanks in advanced

orange --> bluish-green
yellow --> cyan
purple --> orange
green --> purple
blue --> red
red --> green
silver --> pink/white

We haven't tested black dye yet.

and green dye makes a purple ax...

Makes sense to me.

It's not called a "chaos" axe for nothing...

There might be some rules of subtraction or somethign going on there. Might have to experiment a bit with photoshop to see if the rules hold up.

It's probably not based on the Red Yellow Blue color systems, but maybe RGB or some specific color system that's not used outside of computer programs?

i think they have a formula to mess around with the RGB hex numbers.

apply red first then apply blue next and the axe turns redish/pink

black turns it white

... said someone on another msg board. i could buy black dye from the dye trader, but i dont really care for white since you can't have 'white' armor, so there is no color coordination.

Mr Style here, lol. Didn't know you could dye the axe though, very nice indeed. Wonder if any other weapons could be dyed?
