Binding Mouse Keys?

I have always rebound my middle mouse key to "Target Next Enemy", anyway to do this in GW?

From what I have noticed, you can't bind mouse keys.

M1, 2 and 3 cannot be (re)bound from what I have seen, but on my MS mouse i could assign M4 and M5 though.
