Necromancer

Hey all, im new to your forum here and have a few questions. Ok I just got the beta pack thing last night and was looking through everything and it seems pretty awesome. One thing i read intrigued me though. While being a necromancer you can summon the undead correct? And with the ranger you can charm animals to keep them as pets! Now is it possible to be like a necromancer/Ranger and raise armys of the undead and charm pets? Alright thanks for reading my long stupid post. Nice to meet you all.

Ok far as i know, the undead minions dont last very long, and you need corpses to get them, but a big army could be possible, just not THAT big like i think you want. As for the charm skill, you can only have one pet at a time, and it gets better over time. And your post is actually very short, you dont get long here until you hit the character limit.

As a ranger you can only charm 1 pet at a time and it stays with you after its charmed, as a Necromancer you raise minons from the bodies of dead people and monsters and in theory you could have an army of those if you were to keep raising more minions, however the minions health slowly degenerates at an exponential rate and they will eventually "die".

Ok i know all about having to raising corpses from the undead and how you can only have so many ((diablo II anyone )) but what you guys are saying is I can have a pet, and undead people by my side?

Yep you can have both. I played a necromancer/ranger this last BWE and I had 2 of the necro spells to raise 2 minions for each spell ....... at one point i had 10 minions with me as well as a boar for my ranger counterpart.
