well not quite. There still is *some* levelling in guild wars. Yes, you'll get to level 20 rather quickly, but the real levelling takes place when you start to try and find all the skills you want. If you want all 150 skills available to your character you're going to be playing for quite a while.

As you can tell, I was a powergamer, I didn't *mind* the grinding, but I certainly didn't enjoy it, and I'm looking forward to playing GW with a more casual attitude, where, so long as I'm skilled, I can accomplish more with less time. If you hit the high end at FFXI, that's when the fun starts (in my opinion, only dynamis and raiding the gods, etc. was fun), and so I basically just think of the fun I had at high end, but instead of grinding for a solid 8 months to get there, I'll be there in a week or two XD. Hope to see you this April, it'll be my first, as well.
