Hey, I saw this post at GWOnline about a summon corpse skill for necromancers. I thought I would bring it up here because it seems like a good skill to give to soul reaping (maybe?) and make minions more viable in pvp. I'd imagine it would have a life sacrifice (summoning the corpse from your own life?) and a goodly recharge so you can't constantly summon corpses. It would let you cast a well/animate minion or whatever you wanted from a the fresh corpse if there are none available. I think its a great idea to improve death necros in pvp where corpses are rare.
Summon Corpse
(50% failure chance with Soul Reaping at 4 or less.)
Sacrifice 20% of your maximum health.
10 Energy, 5 second cast time, 60 second recharge.
Summon a corpse at your current location.

With a skill like that I'd summon 5 corpses and pets while the timer was counting down for tomb fights at the start.
I think it would make necros overpowered

well, 60 sec recharge... u going to need AE or E to repeat the spell... and 10 energy with 5 sec cast time would be a little over kill...

lol I completely missed the recast time, my bad

I'm not saying those stats are set in stone, I just made em up so it would be relatively balanced. Just a way to make death necros viable in pvp.

It would be nice to get a corpse or two on the field before the battle is decided. In really high lvls of pvp a party member is rarely on the ground for more than 10 seconds unless the entire team is losing.
