Very quick question regarding PvP characters.

Hello. I just recently made a few PvP characters and noticed that most of the skills (and initial rune selection) choices are locked. Is this on purpose with PvP characters, or is there a way to unlock them?

anything your RP character unlocks is available to any pvp you make

This I never understood, can you mix skills from every job on one character with a PVP character?

So could you have every skill in the game available to you for your PVP character or is it just the job you make your PVP character if youve unlocked that stuff in game.

I've never made one so i'm not too sure, i want to PVP on my PVE character.
