Wondering if your character is stored on a certain server or is it located on your computer? Please answer asap since my parents are being so kind that they want to delete guild wars...(maybe i can still save my character sigh...)

Eh, im pretty sure its on a server..because when i restored my computer right after i installed guild wars it didn't delete..so i guess server
