I was just kinda thinking about what would be a cool idea for pvp games. I honestly think that a siege game would be so cool, where the people in the castle get advantages (like map-based weapons, bottlenecks, etc.) and the people attacking get more people on a team and lives perhaps.

I also want a "Free-for-all" type game, where it's like 3v3v3v3v3v3 or something (same number of people as in HoH, except split up more, nothing to defend, and different terrain-types and different strategies or objectives).

You know what I think what be cool, even thuogh it's kind of retarded?
A non stop arena. As in, when you enter it, the fights already goin on, you just run in kill someone, get killed, respawn, map out when you've had enough. No points, no score, no ranking, just an area that could hold say, 8 or so people, that's just constant chaos.
I dunno, go in, test some new skills or whatever, I think it'd be fun.

Maybe it could hold more people though and be a larger map, so you don't get slaughtered right as you spawn but also so the map doesn't feel empty...

I love that utterly chaotic idea you came up with. They could even make it competitive if they wanted, putting you on a timer and giving you a reward if you make a certain time in that pit.
There could be an "endurance" idea, where two teams are pit against wave after wave of monsters. If you die, your done for good. Frozen ground, no ressurecting whatsoever. The monsters get harder and harder and the last man standing wins it for his/her team. (Teams can't attack each other)

oh you mean like the trebuchets that fire into each base on the warrior guild hall?
i know there used to be an assult the fort and kill the hero arena. not sure if its still around but i played that one a lot furing early betas. one team held the fort with all sorts of henchies and a party of 8 had to wade in and take out the hero.
mostly the assulting team died becuase they always wanted to use the front gate instead of assulting the secret rear passage.

If it's a free for all "chaos" arena primary monks would be useless. I can't think of a monk build that dish out the same damage as EFFICIENTLY as other PvP chars, while healing himself. So in all reality, the monk's healing is useless, while he has very little attack power since he/she sacrificed offensive power for healing.
Correct me if I'm wrong. I know some good farming builds, but face it...(most) players, especially PvPers, are not as stupid as monsters. Also, I'm sure certain other builds are disadvantaged. The idea is actually pretty cool, but I'd rather not have my favorite characters be exempt from any new additions to the game. The fault lies in the fact that certain professions rely on other professions to function properly. Now, if they made a TEAM chaos arena, then it would work. But then...it's almost exactly like HoH, then isn't it? Or more like the Pre-Searing Academy PvP session. Not as cool or fun as a free-for-all chaos.
