A feature I would like to see implemented is the ability to re-arrange your party list into 'same profession' catagory ...I am a healing monk, and when there are 8 professions all mixed up, it it takes more time (in the heat of battle) for me to apply the correct enchantments and healing skills..also I like my char placement at the bottom of the list..saves time searching.
I have my skills in a certain order, so I know exactly where each skill is.

What i would like to see as far as party orginization is a red light green light system in towns. How often have you been trying to make a deal or sell items and someone in your group leaves town or starts the misson? If your ready to go you turn on the green light if your not a redlight goes up next to your name. in a lot of ways i think would help with the rdy? ready yep no wait checks we do now

Would love to see party lists organized, or simply user-rearrangable.

A ready light might be good. Requiring the light to be on for everyone would be frustrating though. I just imagine yelling at that one party member who hasn't clicked in yet, like in RTS games ("omg, click in already!"). Maybe it'd be better simply to have a "Not ready" button which raised a little indicator on the party menu - so the system assumes everyone is ready unless they explicitly say otherwise.

yeah i don't want anything that restricts gameplay i mean if your not ready and everyone still wants to go they should be able to but having the lights would give a persistant way to show what your status is. I mean a few times i have said afk and they have either missed it or thought i had come back and started and were milling around wondering why i wasn't moving.

That is the best of the ideas...

Also, maybe clicking the light would only make it active for a certain amount of time (say 30 seconds to 1 minute, but still can deactivate whenever), so you don't wait forever...

perhaps the light could just be a warning

Yes No
That way it wouldn't hinder anything but it would at least let the party know that you're not ready... Maybe a light right beside your name in the party list.

Well if someone is AFK, they're AFK. Making their "Not ready" indicator automatically turn off after 60 seconds doesn't change the fact that they're still not ready to enter the mission.

A "not ready" indicator wouldn't prevent the party from launching, so you wouldn't wait forever - so long as you were prepared to launch without that particular player not being ready. :P

yeah its basically an idea to tell at a glance who is ready and who is playing aroudn with skills or selling or what ever.

in no means should it prevent you from going but it makes it easier to tell who is ready and who still needs a moment

I've had times when I was stuck missing a few skills because my group started while I was re-arranging them.
