Also since it's not a prep skill like Apply Poison, you can use something along the lines of Ignite Arrows or Kindle Arrows, further increasing your damage potential, and annoyance factor

yeah, first time I found him, my henchmen killed him before I could capture. The next three times he didn't load, then the 5th attempt I got it and killed him with it

This skill is the greatest, first time i saw the boss use it i triggered capture signet, and got it right before i died, hey u know i had about 100 grawl all on me, i found this skill around port sledge, if u dont see the boss first, go in and out of portal to try again and again, its deffinatly worth it.

Nerotic Transferance (Necro only) was this ability as well. A corpse is needed and thus much care needs to be used since you'll be teleported to the nearest corpse, which "normally" puts you smak dab in the middle of the group that is smaking on the tanks. A tank armed with the Furious Long Sword of Poisioning(?) (which extends the poisioning time upon hit) makes for a quick & delicious kills! :P However, after I use this skill, i hit shadow of fear ASAP back out immediatly!

Yes, bleeding and poisoning can be stacked. Unfortunately, Melandru's Arrows, which always causes bleeding, is also an elite skill, so if you want to cause both poisoning and bleeding you'll have to use Hunter's Shot (which only causes bleeding if the target is running), or take your pet, and use Feral Lunge (which only causes bleeding if the target is attacking), or use Barbed Trap (which only works if the enemy steps on the trap).

one good combo is kindle+poison arrow. extra fire damage + poison per hit.

for r/mes...a good combo is poison arrow and conjure phantasm...poison + hex does stack...while the enemy is suffering...knock them dead with penetrating arrow and dual shot (use ignite arrow during this time)...a great way to kick an oppenents @$$, you can thank me later

thats what I do to, I'll kindle my arrows, duel shot hit then poison arrows. Usually by that time duel shot is recharged and I'll fire again. Its awsome.

Witmans Folly is right outside of Port Sledge, which is below Droknar's Forge. Travel North and explore that area and you'll find the boss. You will need to bring a signet of capture so when you kill him you can take "Poison Arrow".

Crappy skill, Oath shot is better for any ranger using any stance with 7 or more expertise.

It's good for a Fragility Ranger. If you had Apply Poison, Fragility would hit once when the poison aflicts them, and for it to hurt again you would have to actually stop shooting. With Poison Arrow, you can shoot ONE arrow at a time (or as many as you like), not only making Fragility hurt more, but also letting you use your other skills such as Penetrating Shot, interrupt skills, etc.

this skill is excellent for just harrassment of the monk.. start popping a few to different critical teammates.. and start attacking him.. it'll ruin his day. What this skill is really good is to find out who had degen from bleeding, phantasm or what ever is out there. .and pop them with the poision arrow... stacks the degen.

this next combo is so good, it gives max degen, causes a deep wound, poison, and does flat out damage. (Great for illusion mesmers)
Now the skills have to be used in this order:
Phantom Pain + Fragility + Poison Arrow + Conjure Phantasm.
Reason you gotta use phantom before fragility is because phantom has a 10 second delay before deep wound kicks in.
