Heal other got a major boost last BWE I personaly wouldnt make a healer build without it. dunno what to drop though ward against harm or mend alment would be my choices.

I love shield of regeneration and shield of deflection if you have two healers get one of each

Hrm where is shielding hands aka the best skill ever? I'd sub that instead of orison of healing in an instant.

your right where is shielding hands
but theres orison there waiting to be taken out

and what does that do, get rid of every healing spell he had. so why did he put 10 healing there just for orison, now the obsolete healer compared to the new heal other. so why dont we just get rid of healing prayers and raise are protection to say 11 + 2 and df to 10 + 1. so there u go uve made a proitection build, which are always nice to have in any gvg to go with the healing monk!!

so weve turned it into a very decent protection monk, from the protection/healer monk who was wasting points in healing prayers for osion - a bit crummy of a build before.

How come Dwayna's kiss is hardly used? Looks great compared to Orison..
1 sec longer recharge allright, but still?

Is there any possible way to get outside one or both of those 2 earth spells in defensive modus around the Monks? I mean, AoE halves damage taken? Ward of Melee cuts any melee in half?

Heal other is now on par with Orison. 10 mana, and twice the effect? (DF bonus counted). So the only reason to go Orison now would be the self heal. But that you can use Breeze for anyway.

However, Heal Other it is still only half as mana effective as Word of Healing.

Sooo. WoH is still hard to bypass.

BUT if you do, you could now for example try the 15 heal spells like heal party with Glyph of Energy maybe? That would be 4 group heals per minute costing only 5 mana. Not bad.
