New Comers Forum

What I'd like to see is a new forum at the very top that would hold stickied threads of the most frequently asked questions. For example... Dye color chart...

... I'd like to see that move, stickied, and locked and left there for new members to immediately go to for their answer.

Currently the search function is NOT the best possible way to locate a thread (you can search for something, and get something completely different).

I don't mind answering questions in the Q&A forum... but the new joins ask the SAME questions time and time again, and it's very hard to search for those particular questions.

So to sum it up...

-"Beginners Archive Forum"
-Moved, locked, and stickied threads from the Q&A forum that answer the titles question

If it's not too much to ask, I might suggest having someone run through the archived posts and take out the meaningless responses. Either way, I think a lot of the new members would benefit from this, as well as those who are having to answer the same question 4 times a day.
