Has anyone unlocked all skills, yet-- or at least all non-elite skills? How did you do it?
So far, I've unlocked about 25-50% of the skills for each character. I'd probably try unlocking all skills if I knew which NPCs give which skill rewards.

You can learn all non-elite skills at skill trainers. Elite skills must be captured from boss mobs.

If someone has, i'd like to know who, and their age... because that's quite a thing... i mean wow...
I only get the skills i need for my pvp build, then i quit with the pve and go straight into the pvp... even if my items arent "Up to par"...

You never know... I know for sure no one in the world has the armor from fissure... but I about all skill unlock... I think it is possible, if one is really crazy... probably one of the korean, they are known to do this kind of patient/tedious work in unlocking.

I have to admit I got like 13 skills left for my primary class (monk) and my secondary has like 20 left so not long at all - she's running on 130ish hours now and I'm not even a korean!

It is theoretically possible to unlock every single skill--that is, the 75 skills for each profession, coming to a total of 450 skills--with a single character. Once you've got the 150 for your primary and secondary, switch professions and do it with the new secondary; repeat three more times.
Although, the amount of experience you'll need to get a new skill point will be so stupidly enormous by the time you get to the fourth profession that even repeated Fissure of Woe runs for the easy 25k experience from the first three quests wouldn't be enough to keep you going at even just one point a day.
