Not hard at all, since you can unlock all skills... Unless you're talking PvE, in which case I have no idea.

in order to unlock a skill for a pvp character, you must gain that skill through a pve character. one way to do so is to train it at a skill trainer, which costs you a certain amount of gold and a skill point.

you can only have 1 elite skill equipped at a time. this is a gameplay mechanic that supposedly keeps you from abusing certain skills/combos. elite skills can be arguably better than others. they are obtained in the same fashion as any other skill so they are not more difficult to get in general.

No, unlocking isn't going to cost you anything in the beta, just start a PvP character and hit "Unlock all skills".

There are some people who believe you must have an elite in your build or it's not a good build. Most builds will have an elite skill, however if you create a build that doesn't have one it could still be top notch. There are obviously some great builds that are build around elites so it's obviously not a bad idea, but there are a great many more that either don't have an elite, or the elite isn't the major skill in the build.

So you can only have one elite skill in the bar at one time.

IE you could not use hundred blades and defy pain at the same time.
