Is it possible to make the trip from Aurora Glade to Henge of Denravi to Maguuma Stade just by exploring?

There are a couple of skills I need to pick up asap (chain lightning for example) that are at those places.

Of course. You can make it anywhere in the game by just exploring except a few specific cases (sanctum-->amnoon and thunderhead-->ember light camp).
