What is This About Guild banks???

I have heard a lot of people talking about Guild Banks. What are they? How do i get them? and where?

It's a wish list item - they don't exist in-game and there have been no indications that they will.

What we need is a "Guild Tax". It would be a lot easier to collect money from a guild if x% of their gold pickups were automatically transferred to the leader.

Then the leader would be insanley rich

yeah, perhaps x% of the gold should be evenly divided between all guild members regardless of who's present.

no just those present that would reward the active

how about you have a good guild and they all give freely who ever is in need....

But that's already done anyway... rewarding those present I mean... hmmm.... lost train of thought... too many kids here, class starts soon (grrr... be a good student guys/girls so that fate doesn't curse you and make you a teacher!)

Guild taxes are kinda pointless really...especially if it only benifited the leader...lol think of all the one player guilds there would be always trying to recruit other one player guilds. And even if the tax was kill related with x% to all guild members currently logged on....the servers would always be loaded down with a bunch of never logging afk people cause they dont want to lose any cash that they really didnt do anything to earn (hmm kinda sounds like the IRS on that last part eheh)

End game money is not even close to an issue in GW. Im sure in 6 months random people will just be handing out 100's of plats to newbs, because, what else do you do when all your guild has everything they need? It would be nifty if someone could come up with a good reason to need gold end game, but I cant think of one.
