noob question

but didnt play beta and been trying to get a good haft to finish my 6-28 chaos off and they just seem in very short supply.

I would say semi-rare, no more so then any other upgrades though. If ya cant find it, buy it. Most upgrades sell dirt cheap, try LA dist 1 or Ascalon dist 1.

i would recomend a zealous axe haft, i use one on my axe warrior and i love it, vamp is ok too, but life degen actually degens, energy only regens slower.

I have a bunch of axe hefts. In fact, I get more axe hefts than anything else. I would think it's just the random number generator hitting you.
