How to cancel the guild?

i am the chief of my guild, coz precedent chief named me and left...

So i can't join other guilds until i clear this one.
How can i cancel my guild?

Go the the guild NPC and hit the 'disband button'.

do you mean the guild registrar? I cant seem to get a decent answer from him!!

ye it should be the guild registrar if not try the guild emblemer

If there are other members, you could promote one of them to the Guild Leader, rather than disbanding the group.

u have to press g on keyboard and theres 3 options next to the person near the name, click the litle guy and say, promote joe schmoe (made up name) to guild leader and click accept and u have been demoted by ur command then click the liuttle guy next to ur name and it gives u 1 optiion, thats "leave my guild" click that and uv left that guild,

what if you are guild leader but you are going to make a new guild and reinvite the same people in your current guild, how would you cancel your guild to make a new one? i mean sure i could give leader to someone else in my current guild, but if i'm gonna need to reinvite those people, what about the last person left in the guild as guild leader, would that person then beable to finally disband himself from the guild if the guild leader is the only member left? ...or would the last person in the guild be just stuck with the guild and unable to leave unless they were to trick someone else into joining and then quickly making them leader and removing themselves?!

you can disband a guild lol

Easiest thing to do when you want to remake is kick all members then click on the little person next to your name in guild screen and an option should be there to Disband

can u reuse a guild name if that guild no longer exists?

So...how come there isn't just a "Disband Guild" button? That would make things done a lot quicker.

i dot think you should desban it i think you should SELL it for money ive done it before i sold 1 guild for 55k

i guess is for avoid error.

anyway is not so hard kick everone and then use the "disband guild"

there used to be a disband guild button, but they got rid of it with one of the updates. now you have to kick everyone first to disband it.
