No. Once you hit level twenty you stop leveling, but continute to gain exp. From that point on you gain skill points rather then levels.

I dont think thats what he wanted to know

Once you completed a mission you wont gain that 1000XP and 1 Skill point reward by doin it again. So the answer would be No
