I'm having problems with Old Mac quest

I tried searching for it and the search function doesn't like 3 letter words and read through 15 pages or headings so i'm going to ask.

I know most of you guys done this already. It's a quest a piken's square where i look for the soldiers friend old mac's corpse. I always see him just when he gets killed and then I can't do anything with his corpse so the mission doesn't update, what's worse is that the corpse disappears after a few seconds so all i'm left with it talk with his pet scorpion which isn't much help.

Anyone know how to deal with this quest? cause i tried rezzing him too and double clicking but nothing. I really want this quest cause it unlocks some more of my secondary skills for my warrior.

Mac has to live. You gotta get up there and help him fight, keep him alive, do whatever it takes.
