Hi everyone this is my first post on this forum. And i hope im not posting this wrong.

I have a N/ME and i was wondering about a necro skill, "shadow of fear" Im currently lvl 12 but i cant seem to get this "curse" working. It says that target foe and all ajacent foes attack slower in the next 30 seconds. But it isnt working like that for me. What am i doing wrong? my curses is at lvl 6.

Can you describe how it is NOT working? If you see your enemies hexed..that means it should be working already. Shadow of Fear makes enemies attack about twice as slow, it doesn't mean they don't attack at all.......
