I got the Tome but I don't know where to return it. It says "Return the Tome of the fallen", yes but where ?

follow the road until you come to a wall with some soldiers. but instead of going toward the charr take the other road and you will come to a place with TONS of ghost mobs. hug the cliffside and try not to aggro them (theyre level 10 and strong). theres a pedestal where you need to put the tome.
