i am a level 20 w/mo i have ascended recently i was wondering what is this hall of heroes, and where is it.

It is an arena connected to the Dragon's Lair, which decides what country gets the favor of the gods (favor gives perks such as that country being able to interct with the god through statues. Going to Underworld or Fissure...or just to reduce death penalty while exploring...or have a blessing cast upon you.) Basically it is an Inter-Server Battleground.

the Hall of Heroes is actually the last part of a tournament that occurs at the Tombs of Primeval Kings. if you win all your battles in the tournament and hold the Hall of Heroes against enemy encounters, you will earn Celestial Sigils and rare items.
