This thread is resurrected from this thread, which was locked for some reason that is inexplicable, considering most other threads created in the wrong forum just get moved. Firstly; Why do people act like they don't know why something happened? It's like causing a traffic accident while talking on your mobile phone, then saying "What accident? You'll have to tell me when I'm done talking on my phone." The topic was not locked inexplicably, I made a complete post as to why I locked it. You can view this post here.

Secondly; I couldn't move the topic in question to the Site Feedback forum because I do not have moderating priviledges on the Site Feedback forum. So I simply asked all concerned to post a new topic here. The effort didn't kill you, did it?

It just struck me as strange that all other threads were moved and mine was locked, and as I can see there's a perfectly good reason for it. Keep in mind I had no way of knowing this reason.

Which is why it's silly to casually question a little decision made by the moderators or administrators, 90% of the time we have a good reason to do whatever it is that we do. Keep that in mind in future.

see^^^i am afraid if I should post that guildwars based radio station in offtopic or not, and god knows I will not get replies in Pm from a mod O-o The original thread announcing Voice of Ascalon still exists and is not closed. If you spam us with additional threads on the same subject, yes, I or some other mod will close or delete them, mostly because it's a duplicate thread. If you want to rave about Voice of Ascalon, do so in the existing thread.

BTW: Principia, are you sure you can't move a thread to Site Feedback? I regularly move threads from Site Feedback to Sardelac Sanitarium when users mistakenly post game suggestions here, and I don't have mod privs to that forum. I think you just need privs in the source forum, not the destination.

I just thought that it sounded cool.

Except when someone posts a valid complaint about the site here, and the meanie behind the badge who abuses their ability to delete a post before anyone else can read it and offer their own distaste at having their words erased, even though they were not abusive, vulgar, or whatever else the defensive MOD claims it was to avoid detection of his behavior.

This has happened to me no less than 4 times in the past week alone. So yeah, it is VERY personal for someone like me, who has curiosity and asks about things, and speaks up when it is warranted. Being shut down and having it blamed on non-existant vulgarity is nothing more than an insult.

I will assume that you are having a problem with one of the moderators, and I will assume from your "no names mentioned" and veiled flame that you really do not like them.

I suggest that instead of sniping at them with these sorts of veiled flames, you PM an administrator to resolve the matter for you.
