), there is an option on the Guild menu that allows you to designate another Guild member as Guild Leader. My guess would be that it would replace the current head with the newly chosen head, so you wouldn't necessarily have to disband your guild to betray it. If you're into that kind of thing at least...

This makes me hesitate at joining a guild. Which seems against the point. I suppose I can kinda see the benefits; it'll be harder for someone to be nice in one character and a jerk in another, it'll come back to the guild eventually and the jerk can be "neutralized" in whatever way is appropriate. Well, just because your in a guild doesn't mean you have to participate with that guild. Besides there are MANY guilds that are mostly PvE oriented like mine. So RP is exactly what my guild encourages and if you want to do it alone that is fine too (don't think any guild will have a problem with that though... unless their sole purpose is to be number 1 on the ladder).
