Runes Question

Hi, I have searched this forum for the anwser but couldnt find one.
My question is, whenever I get a unidentified rune I try to ID it and expert salvage it. Whenever I (expert) salvage it the rune breaks on me and turns into cloth, iron, ect...
I have tryed to salvage the id and id and salbvage...but something that I am doing is going wrong....Im like 5 for 5 in runes breakin on me and its killin me!

You're probably just having bad luck. There is no guarantee that you'll get a rune every time.

Why would you ever use an expert salvage kit on a rune? What would you expect the rune to turn into?

Also, what does this mean?

As long as you're sure you are using an Expert Salvage Kit, then you are not doing anything wrong. As Valin said -- really bad luck. I've lost runes from time to time, but NEVER 5 for 5.

I have tryed to ID and salvage....and salvage and ID
I thought maybe it had to deal with the order in which you do it.
