Healing Breeze

I have an Ele/Monk in presearing. Is it possible to get healing breeze? I was hoping to use it in the Northern Lands but can't seem to get it. I've visited both the monk trainers.

you can get it post sear right away

i am an elemomk myself (pve only)

be sure to visit the monk in the old askalon exploration area (post sear) and do all the quests he offers because after the first or second he will offer resurrection for a reward

Only primary monks can get Healing Breeze in pre-searing (from Ciglo, quest "Monk Test").
