Dunno about PvP, but the only elite skill I gave tiny hoot about was Dodge, which has some limited uses. The rest either would probably never get used or I haven't gotten to a place where I can obtain the skill yet.

barrage is crap in pvp, they are hardly ever bunched.

go with a poison arrow or spiketrap

barrage/tigers fury/incendiary arrows
there are a few other bow skills...
