for me right now: hydra's @ augury rock or grawls @ wittmans folly. there a probably a ton of other places. (ie. underworld/fissure) but again they drop randomly, so it could be anywhere...hehe

I found 3 in amnoon oasis in 2 hours. Sadly those won't be max damage swords, mostly 13-20 or so

I've only found one, in the southern shiverpeaks area after acension. But it was a blue max damage, though.

I find about 1 per capture run in the southern shiverpeaks, usually max dmg or 1 off of it. I take it to a random LA district, offer it up at 1k, and have five offers to buy in 3 seconds

I found a blue max-damage dragon sword the other day, the first one I have found, off of a jade scarab. I will be selling it, as I don't use swords. PM me if you are interested.

I found one max in south shiverpeaks, and three from flesh golem in Perdition Rocks.
For a normal max dragon sword with no mobs I see people paying for 2k or 3k sometimes even more. I usually sell them for 700 or 800 gold.

Usually shiverpeaks and perdition rock for me. Never found a max dmg one yet but I did get couple nice swords from chests.

Perdition rock is located in the lava area. You'll be able to go there after you finish the Thunderhead Keep mission in southern shiverpeaks.

I think max damage is 15 to 22. for a dragon sword anyway

That is because they dont exist.

Axes, hammers and swords have all diferent skills and a sword can hit over 100 with the right skill but not by its own damage ouput.
