Elite Skills how do u get these elusive buggers?

So is it like pokemon in getting one of these skills or do you just go to a skill trainer and say, "give me the most pimping skill u got? "

The only way to get them is to use a signet of capture on a boss mob. (One that's got that glowy effect). The signets can get aquired once you reach Lion's Arch. NOTE: you not only have to find a boss mob that has the skill you want, but you also have to wait from him to USE it and time your capture.

AND that skill has to belong to your profession.

And remember to tell the rest of your group you are gong for the skill, and not to kill him before you have it.

incendary arrows is a pain the boss likes to target ya with that skill when ya try to capture =( lol and it does knockdown

all elite skills are not equal in difficulty to capture D: lol
