PC Names/ Class Lvl info

Does anyone know a fast and easy way to identify possible PUG members class and lvl? Some areas the class/lvl is posted above the ava's head (such as Wall staging area), but when I am forming a PUG I can only tell what level they are AFTER they join.

Any help here?

You can single click on them and their info will appear at the top of your screen.

Character info floats above heads only in "mission" towns/outposts.
