Can you change armor as well as weapon sets?

ie - for F1, can I have ringmail armor with an my charr specific weapons and F2, have gladiator's armor with my elements specific weapons?

AFAIK, you can only change armour with what is in you inventory, and cannot "quickswitch" armour sets as you can with weapons.
