Ele/Necro - What Skill Attributes to give?

Hi, on my Mes/Nec I just started, can any of you guys/girls recommend me a various amount of combinations of choices or whatever of what I should max the following Stats to, I use all types of Attributes that are currently used in the stat picture below.

What should I get them to?

Main: Mesmer
Secondary: Necromancer

Blood and Death magic, build them up too
