SOme of us will recognise this.
Loving to explore EAs with henchmen, and then suddenly getting it all ruined by Spectral Agony because henchmen isn't infused.
So how to fix this you ask?
Painfully simple.
Just make the infusion "%" follow the leader of the party.
If the leader have only infused the chest, the henchmen will only have so too, no matter other human players in the party.
If he's fully infused, all henchmen will be so too.
I'm sure a lot of people will agree that henchmen should be infused, and I would strongly suggest making it into the next build, since it's not technically hard, only a bit balance wise hard (but as it is now with henchmen and infusion, it's all but balanced, and that is against your odds)!
Please, I beg of you ANet, fix this MAJOR issue with infusion. Much bigger that people whining that infusion runs is a grind.

Henchmen after thunderkeep are infused just not fully.

What does infusing henchmen mean, and when and where and I'm allowed to do it? I hope this relates to their levels. Currently I am level 11, and travel with henchmen that are at best level 6. I know levels in this game dont mean much, but their damage seems extremely low compared to mine. I mean heck, I'm a Mesmer and I can easily out-damage the warrior henchmen. I dont know if I missed the info on infusing or what, but some explaination here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Infusion comes much later in the game. Don't worry about it just yet.

According to the official website, henchmen went from having one piece of armor infused to three.
