Question about Capture Signet and the big story line missions

Hi. Im still farily new and have multiple questions.

1) Cities such as Great Northern Wall, and Fort Ranik, are mission cities right..thats why they appear as BIG emblems on your map.

Question) How do I activate these big missions?

2) Durring these missions you have to face boss creatures and you can use the Capture Signet to aquire elite skills.

Question) Where do I first get the capture Signet?

1) At the bottom-right of your screen (default setting, anyway) is your party window. You click the "enter mission" button in that window to... start the mission.

2) Lion's Arch.

Lol, don't feel bad man. I was on my 3 character (the previous 2 only got to about lvl 9 or 10) before I realized that's how it worked. You think you felt like a doofus......
