Searching for Old Red Claw...?

Ok, I'm trying to find the Griffon Boss Old Red Claw. I want the elementalist spell he gives(Mind Shock I think) and I can't find him. I just need to know where he spawns. I've tried the area of Griffon's just left of Augury Rock, and Featherfist and some other griffon keep showing up(I found him once there before in beta, but I don't know if he still spawns there). If you can help, that'd be great...because I want this spell :P

what does featherfist use? he's not on xennon's list.
EDIT: all I saw him use was final thrust.

I saw Old Red Claw once at the area to the left. You just have to keep going in and out till he spawns there.

The only other time I saw him was a bit north of the troll caves.

The Elite Skill list I have shows he's in Snake Dance and if memory serves me correctly, I've only seen em once in that area (to the left as you exit Camp R).

Yeah, i got Mind Shock from Old Red Claw in Snake Dance (Go out the North exit of Camp Rankor in the Southern Shiverpeaks). He is a Blessed Griffon, and spawns (sometimes) to the left up that little path into the dead-end enclosed area. If he's not there, go back to town and try again. That's how i did it.

Incidently, the monk boss also spawns there on occassion, can't remember his name, but he carries the Elite skill Spell Breaker.

Old Red Claw only spawns in Snakes Dance. Don't even bother hunting for elites in the desert. Only Elites there are in the missions. First Elites you can find if you follow the missions, are in the desert missions, then dragons lair, then souther shiverpeaks and fire island chains.

For where Old Red claw spawns. he can spawn in little griffon infested area in south-west snakes dance, and there is 2 other griffon boss spawn points half-way up snakes dance. Roughly north of the mid-way res shrine.
