I have Err=13, whats that?

When i go to the character selection screen, I chose my character and pressed play, but a Err=13 popped out. Even when i restarted GW again. How to fix?

I got that too when trying to leave Yak's Bend. Then after logging off, upon logging back in it gave me that message again at the welcome screen. Ingame it said "Trying to reconnect to server. Err=13", and several others were having it happen as well, so it's probably an Anet server issue.

Same. Just started happening recently like 30 minutes ago , must be server problem.

yea I think the server dropped i got it in zone going to hotsprings near the ascalon settlement.

Ya, I hade an error 13 once where I couldn't map travel to any area so I was going to to head back to Lion's Arch, and when I was moving through the portal it didn't load LA, but I went through the portal so I was moving around La, but with nothing there. So then I just quit.

(It was around the time that the people above were posting.)
