It is against the EULA and why would you want to share an account anyway? You can't play at the same time. And nice cover, BTW.

There shouldn't be a problem as long as you are playing at different times. If you plan on playing together it will not let you.

I personally don't care if somebody wants to share an account (or cover for their multiple accounts on a fourm), but he asked if it was against the rules and we simply answered.

While I agree with the whole "Who cares/what difference does it make" line, in the eyes of the law it is not acceptable just my 2g

Bear in mind all your lists will be shared (friends/ignore/etc.) If you join a guild, your sister will be in that guild as well.

You 2 will also share the same vault space...

Umm....my husband and I each play 2 charcters on one account on one PC. The game is not installed on multiple PCs. We (obviously) cannot play at the same time. The fact simply is 2 different people run the characters on the account. We have played all of our games this way since we have only the one PC.

Translation:

One game = One CD key = One account = 4 chars.

Char A, B, C, D all on one account.

If Char C joins Guild X, then A, B, and D are in Guild X

If Char A adds Joe Shmo to friends list then B, C, and D have Joe Shmo on their friends list.

It isn't really ripping them off. They either sell 1 copy to a brother and sister or sell 0 copies to them. Which one makes NCSoft money?

I have a couple in my guild that bought two copies so they could both have four chars, they share the computer so all their info is seperate, they're both in my guild and IRL friends too, so its all cool. I'd personally rather have two accounts rather than one, itd be odd having random people that know my bf whisper me thinking its him XD
