Mesmer secondary?

I have this mesmer in presearing for whom I have not yet chosen a secondary profession. Now, I have an idea for how I want to play him, but the specific tricks I have in mind require good speed boosts. So, my question to you all is, which profession makes the best secondary if you want a build that has a high land speed for the longest amount of time?

Well, if you wanna be any good as a mesmer in PvP, you're pretty much gonna be able to devote 1, maybe 2 skill slots max. to your secondary profession. Most of your skills will be mesmer skills, so I wouldn't worry too much about your secondary. Warrior and Ranger have the best speed buffs, so take one of those if speed is what you're looking for. I think ranger has the best speed buffs? correct me if I'm wrong. You don't want to build your char. too much on speed buffs though, they don't get the job done.
