How can I take a screenshot without the UI?

I think you can hold shift and hit print screen. I hit ctrl-shift-H to turn off my UI, then I take the screenshot, and then I hit ctrl-shift-H again to turn the UI back on. I think ctrl-shift-H works for everyone. I don't recall assigning the key.
