Is this a joke? Please tell me I'm simply blind. I have been looking for an email address or phone number to contact anet about my broken character for about 2 hours now. Do they HONESTLY think there stupid little webpage will fix what must be fixed by a game master???

Surely someone can point me in the direction of a support email address? Surely a game company that has made COUNTLESS MILLIONS of dollars has a support email address for their game and not just a two bit web page to solve problems?

They don't have a support email, however if you goto the support page, they have the ask a question tab which is basically a webmail to them.

Yes. The question tab shoots a webmail to them and asks you for your email address for them to respond to your question. I got my answer (during business hours today) in less than 6 hours.

Whew thanks a million you guys. Sorry if I came off hostile but my character is gimped due to a bug and I was real worried I wasn't going to be able to get her fixed.
For those that want to know to avoid it themselves. I went and fought my mirror at level 18 so I could skip two levels of leveling. I used empathy (and only empathy) on my bar and dodged the mirrors arrows. Empathy is what killed him and I was ascended and warped to level 20 but not given the attribute points for level 19 or 20 which shorted me 30 (!!!) attribute points.
So, if you're gonna do it early make sure to at least get the last hit on him.
