Well I ended up with two runes of major axe mastery today, I noticed that they don't stack BUT the -50 health does, is this right?

That should be reported as a bug...if you get no positive effect from a stacked rune you should get no negative effect either...at least imo it should be

How would I go about reporting a bug? I know there is a support thing somewhere but I can't seem to find it.

In game if you want to report a bug type /bug and then the problem, this is just like it was in the beta if you played it, only without the "please report any bugs using the /bug command" message. Youl get a confirmation after you send it.

But i dont belive that is a bug.
Runes do not stack on eachother if you use more then one of the same type.

That way you cannot get your attributes too high.

The max attribute you can get is 16.
12 from putting in points, 1 from your head gear, and 3 from a superior rune.
If the health lose is stacking then you should remove one of the runes from your gear.

Well I didn't know that the positive effect wouldn't stack until I tried, but if the positive doesn't, then the negative shouldn't either, and I'm definatly not gonna salvage the armor I JUST bought to get rid of it....

Just overwrite one of them with another rune. At least you won't be running around with an unnecessary -50hp penalty.

I agree with the topic why positive effect Not stack, but the negative Does stack, this is not fait, I think...

it's prolly good that positive doesn't stack because having 25 on a stat would be madness...

but stacking health loss is bad too.

I'll Agree with that. It would be easy and not too expensive to
use a minor rune of anything ( meaning even if you dont need it )
and overwrite the first one. Trust me, it would be no waste. the
extra -50 penalty is a lot.
