The red cloaked deserter and what about the broken flute

Hi, i hear many people talking about the red cloaked deserter. What is this mission, where can you do it and is it important?


Also i want to know what i have to do with gewns flute, where is gwen in the post searing. I have a feeling that she is important in the game, otherwise they wouldnt make her annoying personality.

Red Cloaked Deserter is a mission available from Farrah Cappo in Piken Square. You have to find the dead body of Little Thom. It's not an essential quest, although it gives you 1000XP, a weapon and an item as reward.

As for Gwen's Broken Flute: As far as we know it's useless. Many people have searched for the purpose, but nobody found any. Do a forum search and you'll find plenty of threads about it.
