UK - Should work but doesn't?

Hi, the maintenance should of been completed it says on the Guild Wars login screen, it says Greenwich Mean time finishes at 12:30PM, it is now 1:12PM and I just logged in successfully, then went to go to a different location on a load screen and it said "Connecting..." for a while, then gives Error #40, I know these errors show it says when the maintenance is done, but it should've been done by now and I'm still getting the "Connecting..." then error messages.

So is anyone else in the UK having this still?

I had messages in game last night around 12.00 saying newer version available please exit and reload. Did it and it updated but never tried to go back on with any of my characters.

Just got in again, tried to go into Old Ascalon, failed with Error #40 again...

Even re-loaded about 4 times, now it won't log me in, but every so often it does, but doesn't let me enter Old Ascalon (starts me in Ascalon City).

I believe it affects all locations worldwide...so it's still down...another 15 mins to go.

The servers are back up now - it's 8:40 EST here and I haven't hd any problems for the past few minutes.

Still can't get on...I think they shut down the servers about 30 mins late, so that means another 15 mins to go.

The UK is currently in BST (British Summer Time), which is GMT +1.

BST? Is that just another name for daylight savings time?

Is it me, or have the Euro servers gotten laggier after the 'maintenance'?

That is correct, but most other countries in the GMT timezone are still GMT +0.
