Ok I started a fire ele the other night, and I keep seeing you guys talk about fire spells like fireball, pheonix, etc. I have been stuck with flare since pre-searing, where are you guys getting these spells??

Oh and I'm levell 10 now and was just got to Nolani Accademy.

You should have fire storm now and I think you get metor shower from either the skills guy in Lions arch or a quest there. You get most of your skills from quests. You need to get further into the game

If you're at Nolani, go into the breach and as far north as you can. From there start East, eventually you'll get to grenditch courthouse where you can purchase immolate and phoenix from a skill trainer.

fireball is at Yak's Bend. and if you have missed any skills go back to Asc and speek to the skill merchant there and you can buy any that you missed in presearing. once you hit Yak's Bend you will have a nice set of fire spells.

Correction: From Nolani go into Dessia Lowlands, not the Breach. Sorry about that.

Note!

If you're going to be a PvP-character then firespells are not the right choice for you.

Honestly haven't really bothered with much PVP, yet. still exploring the game and the classes. But thanks for the input, but for the record, in your opinion what is the best for PVP?
