Hey guys this is my 1st post.
I'm a Ranger/Mesmer and i would love to have the skill Marksmens Wager but the boss that uses it never does, it says "will use Marksmens Wager when low on mana" and unless the mesmers i have been with are crap this guy has unlimited mana...i took 3 mesmers that drained as much mana as is huminly possible and nothing...we eventualy got bored and kicked his lvl 13 ass!

any suggestions?

Try another boss maybe?

I've run the Elona Reach mission twice and Custodian Jenus used it both times.
