Hey guys this is my 1st post.
I'm a Ranger/Mesmer and i would love to have the skill Marksmens Wager but the boss that uses it never does, it says "will use Marksmens Wager when low on mana" and unless the mesmers i have been with are crap this guy has unlimited mana...i took 3 mesmers that drained as much mana as is huminly possible and nothing...we eventualy got bored and kicked his lvl 13 ass!
any suggestions?
