For arenanet, serious bug

This has happened a few times for me, when playing with henchman if we die and get resserected some of the henchman go flying off (literally) to our last battle, other times ive seen henchman beneath the floor or in the middle of terrian. Please fix this.

Not just henchmen. Sometimes your hero as well!! This can be quite the problem when it's a king of the hill map. Check out the screenie. Amazingly we managed to win without capping by body blocking the alter and wiping out the other teams heh.

Yeah I saw the same thing last night. After we all died (2 real players and 6 henches) and got auto rezzed, 2-3 of the henches immediately ran straight ahead and into a large group of foes. Not once but twice. And the second time they slowly descended into the terrain as they ran off to their doom. Actually it was funny as hell looking.
But, wasn't funny outside of the Iron Mines. Eight on 20 is one thing, 5 on 20 is pretty tough with a DP to boot.

Not only did the healer and half my party run off, they ran under the bloody map! Lina couldn't even resurrect them.
The Cultist and the Fighter tried to run back to me but died on the way and Lina also couldn't resurrect them... They died above ground too.

I had this one happen to me in the Underworld. I crossed the bridge and next thing I knew I was walking upwards. I tried to turn around and it wouldn't let me. Then I got to the top there and I was stuck. I could turn but I couldn't move. They had to go back to the reaper and teleport the whole party to get me down.

I've Bug reported this several times now. Been like this for months. Perhaps they don't read the Bug reports anymore?
If not, then why is it still there.
Had the Flying NPC's, NPC's that run through walls after you get Res'd, then either get themselves killed or get stuck in a Mountain. And even the ones where they disappear underground and you can't get them killed, or they get stuck by a mountain or similar just after you res, and won't follow.
Very strange and about time they fixed it.
If not, then why is it still there.

Any NPC can do it, unfortunately, and by NPC, I mean anything not human.
Monsters, including special boss monsters, undead summons, etc. I've seen them all fly or burrow underground.
Failed Thirsty River once when we got to the final battle against the team with the monk boss (which is a pain since he's right next to the priest, and they heal each other). After killing him, and priest resurrection, he burrowed underground, and even though we managed to kill the priest, we couldn't deal with him =\

We do read the bug reports (hello Ensign ), and it's a known issue that will be fixed.

I'm so used to this bug that i only /wave at them when they run away.
Alesia actualy helped me once by running away like that. She ran to her death location and came back to us. She managed to pull only a few monsters with her leaving the rest of the mob in place. She didn't even die doing so.. I was impressed at her.

All 4 of my Henchies ran of after dying, and Thom decided he wanted to see what was around the next corner.
