I actually have a Flame Artifact that has the same stats except mine is for fire magic.

Which is awesome since my second character is a W/E specializing in fire magic....

My guildie got this off of a collector to give to me for my Necro... I was like "Gee thanks...?"

He didn't know that it didn't have skills attached either - but what's messed up is, does Anet not know there are no skills attached to Soul Reaping? Apparently someone there doesn't LOL.

I'm gonna tag this post for later after the first expansion is released wherein Necros are able to obtain several uber skills that are attached to Soul Reaping.

Couldnt that mean it has that effect on all your skills and the power of the effect is based on your soul reaping skills?

There is a Soul Reaping attribute, the problem is there are no Soul Reaping skills.

Ya there is some completely ridiculous items in guild wars. Like a strength required sheild that gives a bonus to divine favor...
