More attribute points with PVP characters?

Do you get more attribute points with PVP only characters then with RP characters? When making a PVP character I am able to put to attributes up to 12 and still have 6 attribute points left (200). Yet today when I was readjusting my RP character I was only able to get one attribute up to 12, and one up to 10 with 12 points left over (which isnt enough to raise the skill to 11). Do you lose points if you do too many refunds?

I went in and calculated my attribute points, I have a total of 170 which means I'm missing 30 points. My character is a level 20 roleplay character, is this normal?

Its not fair :\ We play the game and finish it only to get a huge disadvantage ...

So Im right in my asumption then? RP characters only get a total of 170 attribute points rather then 200? Could someone with some experience clear this up for me? I'm totally flabbergasted.

In RP mode, you're required to finish a few quests in order to reach a total of 200 attribute points. Information on these quest should be easily searchable and they're also pretty easy to complete imo.

Phew, thanks for clearing that up. Thought for a sec I messed up my char with all the refunding :P
